Returns
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Returns are not applicable on:
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Innerwear or personal care items
- Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
Return Process
- To request a return, contact us via WhatsApp or email with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Product images (if damaged/defective)
- Our support team will guide you with return instructions.
- Securely pack the item and include your order details inside the parcel.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the item, you will be notified about the approval or rejection.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5โ7 working days via:
- Bank transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Eligibility for Exchange
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days if:
- Item is damaged or defective
- Wrong item delivered
- Size issue (subject to stock availability)

Exchange Shipping
- Customers will bear the return shipping cost.
- Shani Collections will cover the delivery cost for the replacement item.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

Important Notes
- Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
